As a Line Hand at Engel Constructions Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in efficiently Pumping concrete on sites across Melbourne and Gippsland. This full-time position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of a concrete line pump, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
1. Help Safely operate and maintain concrete line pumps on active construction sites
2. Help with pack up and set up of our concrete line pump.
3. Ensure efficient and accurate concrete placement to meet project timelines and specifications
4. Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to maximise uptime and reliability
5. Work closely with concreters to coordinate concrete delivery and placement
6. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a Concrete Line Pump Line Hand is preferred but not essential.
2. Robust and physically fit as it can be a demanding job.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to quickly address any challenges on site.
4.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with the wider construction crew.
6. Valid MR driver's license or higher preferred but not essential.
7. red/white card is a must have.
8. current car licenses is a must have
