appoint a new Operations Manager to their leadership team.

ENZED Toowoomba is part of Australasia’s longest‑serving hose and fittings
network, supplying hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic hoses, fittings and
fluid‑connection solutions. Backed by the Parker Hannifin global network, the
team delivers reliable products, custom assemblies, onsite mobile support and
responsive service to keep their customers operating with minimal downtime.

About the role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager who can run the day‑to‑day,
support the team and solve problems. With up-to-date technology in place, we
have the tools you need for a seamless workday. Now, we are looking for
someone who can step in, take ownership of workflows and keep our great team
moving smoothly.

This role suits someone who has a background working with machinery,
hydraulics, or in similar environments, and who brings positivity and confidence
when it comes to leading people.

What you’ll be doing

- Running daily operations across the service centre, hose technicians,
warehouse and sales teams.

- Being the point of escalation when technical or service issues arise and
resolving them calmly and quickly.

- Supporting and directing our Hose Doctors and Service Department to
meet team and individual targets, with explicit expectations and consistent
follow‑through.

- Working closely with the Directors on stock control, ordering and
forecasting.

- Keeping an eye on workflow, customer responsiveness, scheduling and
anything else that keeps the business running smoothly.
What you’ll bring.

- Solid experience leading operational teams and keeping a workforce

- An upbeat attitude and a willingness to meet your own and shared targets
to help drive growth within the business.

- A level‑headed, practical approach to problem‑solving when things get
busy or unexpected issues pop up.

- Familiarity with machinery, hydraulics, trucking or similar environments
to make informed decisions on service issues.

- A practical understanding of business operations, whether you’re a
seasoned manager or have had exposure to costs, margins, workflow,
stock and commercial impacts.

- Confidence to make decisions, back your teams' decisions and keep things
moving.
