Do you have a passion for plants, gardening and helping people create beautiful indoor / outdoor spaces?

K&B; Mitre 10 Norwood is looking for a Garden Specialist Retail Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis (25-30 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sharing their garden knowledge, providing great customer service, and working in a hands-on retail environment.

You'll be a key part of our Garden Centre, helping customers find the right plants, products and advice for their next gardening project. This role works across a rotating roster and requires availability to work every second Saturday and Sunday.

What you will be doing;

- Assisting customers with plant selection, gardening products and seasonal advice
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining healthy, well-presented plant displays
- Receiving, watering and caring for plant stock
- Processing sales through the POS system




- Creating customer orders and organising deliveries where required
- Maintaining pricing, signage and promotional displays
- Following safety procedures and helping keep the store clean and tidy

You'll likely be a match if you have:

- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening and outdoor products
- Previous experience in a garden centre, nursery, landscaping, horticulture or a similar environment
- A genuine passion for gardening and helping customers
- A friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable availability to work a rotating roster, including every second weekend
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems
