We are now seeking a Warehouse Team Leader who is ready for the next step in their career and wants to grow into a long-term leadership role.

Your Responsibilities:

As our next Warehouse Team Leader, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager at Wetherill Park. You will be responsible for:

- Oversight of current warehouse team and all aspects of the warehouse operations.

- Occasional deliveries via the company vehicle

- Working across all areas of warehouse operations - Pick packing,



organising couriers, dispatch and customer service.

- Ensure stock from local suppliers or branch transfers are enacted efficiently.

- Ensure general warehouse maintenance is performed to provide a No.1 warehouse setting for customers and staff.

- Ensure branch is clean, safe and presented well at all times.

About you:

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Current Forklift license & Driver Licence

- Experience leading a small team (Desirable).

- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience

- Approachable and friendly.

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Commitment to safety and WHS practices
