As an experienced Senior Project Engineer, you will lead project planning, delivery and contract management across complex infrastructure and maintenance programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who can lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage infrastructure projects and programs to achieve agreed time, cost, quality and scope outcomes.

- Oversee contract administration, procurement, tendering and contractor performance, acting as the project representative where required.

- Develop project briefs, delivery plans, schedules, reporting mechanisms and governance processes to effectively manage project risks and milestones.

- Ensure robust WHS,



environmental and quality standards are implemented throughout project delivery.

- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage customer and community communications, resolve issues and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills

- Four-year engineering degree from an Australian university or equivalent overseas qualification.

- Proven experience delivering major infrastructure projects, maintenance programs or civil construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of project management, tendering, procurement and contract administration.

- Understanding of construction materials, equipment, techniques and infrastructure maintenance.

- Highly developed communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
