At On Tap Services, we're entering an exciting season of growth.

With operations across Western Australia and South Australia, a brand-new office in Balcatta, and an expanding presence in the Projects space, we're looking for a passionate and proactive People & Workforce Coordinator to help us attract and retain great people as we continue to grow.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager and forming part of our People, Culture & Risk Team, this newly created position will focus on recruitment, workforce planning support, candidate attraction, and building talent pipelines for future growth.

Initially offered as a part-time role (3 days per week), this position has been created with a long-term vision. As our workforce requirements expand and the function develops, we see significant opportunity for this role to grow into a full-time position with increased responsibility and career progression.

About the Role

As our People & Workforce Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in helping On Tap Services attract, engage and secure the talent needed to support our growing operations.

You'll work closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce requirements, identify talent shortages before they arise, and build talent pools that position us for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business functions

- Developing innovative attraction strategies to source quality candidates

- Building and maintaining candidate talent pools for future workforce requirements

- Supporting workforce planning initiatives and forecasting activities

- Conducting candidate screening,



interviewing and shortlisting

- Creating positive candidate experiences that reflect our company values

- Developing and maintaining recruitment reporting and workforce metrics

- Supporting onboarding and employee transitions

- Assisting with employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns

- Partnering with operational leaders to understand workforce demands and growth plans

About You

Ideally, you'll have experience in:

- Recruitment or talent acquisition

- Human Resources coordination

- Workforce planning or workforce administration

- Labour hire, internal recruitment or agency recruitment
