Manage and grow client accounts on the LINES platform across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Understand client requirements and propose the right mix of platform products and services to venues, promoters and brand partners. Represent LINES at industry events and with key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts on the LINES platform across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane
- Understand client requirements and propose the right mix of platform products and services
- Prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate terms, manage agreements and renewals
- Work with product and engineering team to relay client needs, resolve platform issues and coordinate campaign and integration delivery
- Coordinate with content and marketing teams so campaigns deliver what was sold
- Manage the CRM pipeline, forecast revenue and report on performance against targets
- Represent LINES at industry events and with key accounts
About you
- 3+ years' B2B account management or partnership sales experience for a technology platform, SaaS or digital media product
- Experience selling into hospitality, events or nightlife venues, with existing relationships in the Australian market strongly preferred
- Track record of managing a pipeline, closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Confident negotiator with strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with product and technical teams

Details
Full time, 38 hours per week, based at our Darlinghurst office with regular travel to Melbourne and Brisbane. Salary: $130,000 per annum plus superannuation.
