About the role
Reporting to the Program Manager Family Violence (Cranbourne North), your responsibilities include providing specialised family violence assessment and brief intervention to adults experiencing family violence. This involves delivering evidence-based, outcomes-focused support as part of RAV’s Family Safety Model within our Men’s Family viuolence programs as well as the ChangeAbout program, while working within the Victorian family violence response framework and relevant NTV and Safe and Equal practice guidelines.

This role is located at Cranbourne North and is full-time temporary (until October 2027), working five (5) days per week. Part-time availability (0.8 EFT) will also be considered. The base salary range is $101,948-$109,287 (pro-rata) per annum.

About you

- Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or a related social science discipline is preferred, with Comprehensive MARAM Framework training.
- Significant experience supporting parents, children and families affected by family violence, including whole-of-family MARAM assessments, risk management and safety planning.
- Strong understanding of family safety, non-violent practice and Men’s Behaviour Change group work,



with experience facilitating groups and working effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
