Libertine Parfumerie | Luxury Fragrance Retail Managers

Libertine Parfumerie is seeking experienced and commercially driven Retail Managers to lead our luxury fragrance businesses across key retail locations.

As one of Australia’s leading destinations for luxury and niche fragrance, Libertine Parfumerie represents some of the world’s most prestigious perfume houses. We are looking for exceptional retail leaders who can build high-performing teams, deliver outstanding commercial results and create a truly elevated client experience.

The Role

As Retail Manager, you will take ownership of the performance of your business, with responsibility for sales, people, client development and the overall presentation and execution of the Libertine Parfumerie experience.

You will be expected to lead from the front, developing a strong sales culture while ensuring every client receives knowledgeable, engaging and highly personalised service.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the business to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team

- Develop individual team members through regular coaching and performance management

- Build a solid VIP and repeat-client portfolio

- Drive customer data capture and proactive clienteling

- Deliver exceptional standards of luxury customer service

- Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards

- Manage rostering, productivity and wage performance

- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

- Manage stock, testers and operational standards

- Execute new launches, promotional activity and brand initiatives





- Host and support fragrance masterclasses, VIP events and customer experiences

- Develop strong fragrance knowledge across our portfolio of luxury and niche brands

- Act as an ambassador for Libertine Parfumerie and the brands we represent

About You

You will be an experienced retail leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for delivering results.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Store Manager or senior luxury retail leader

- A proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills

- Experience developing VIP clients and driving clienteling

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- High standards of presentation and attention to detail

- The ability to analyse performance and take action to improve results

- Experience within luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion or premium retail

- A passion for fragrance and luxury customer experience
