Mount Street Books is a small independent bookstore housed within a dynamic Boutique Hotel, focusing on an eclectic range of Design, Art and Fiction. We are looking for a genuine reader with a passion for classical literature and the Arts to join our small team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their enquiries on the shop floor
- Receive stock and process web/special orders
- Maintain store presentation
- Engage with and listen to customers, sharing knowledge and inspiring where possible
About you
- Some experience as a bookseller
- Passion for classical literature and the Arts
- Genuine reader
- Desire to engage with and listen to customers
- Reliable and committed to being part of a small team
- Flexible availability including evening trade and weekends
- Available throughout December
