Mechanical Plumbers / HVAC Installers / Sheet Metal Workers $50–$60/hr + Double Time OT | Immediate Start | Ongoing Work
Core Talent is currently recruiting experienced Mechanical Plumbers, HVAC Installers and Sheet Metal Workers for a well-established HVAC contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Perth.
We have an immediate requirement for 2 experienced tradespeople to join a major commercial project in Perth's northern suburbs, with work expected to continue through to the end of the year and further projects already in the pipeline.
This is initially a labour hire opportunity with genuine potential to move into a permanent position.

The work You will be working across commercial HVAC installation, including:
- Sheet metal and duct installation
- General HVAC installation
- Refrigeration/copper pipework
- Air-conditioning installation
- Working from plans/drawings
- General commercial mechanical services installation
What we're looking for Ideally, you'll be a qualified Mechanical Plumber, HVAC Installer or experienced Sheet Metal Worker with previous commercial HVAC installation experience.
We will also consider experienced Trade Assistants who don't hold the full trade qualification but have genuine hands-on HVAC installation experience and can confidently work on site.
You will need:
- Previous commercial HVAC installation experience
- White Card
- Relevant trade qualification for qualified positions
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation
- Ability to work safely and independently on a commercial site
- Additional tickets such as EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Spaces will be highly regarded
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice
This isn't an entry-level TA position — if applying as a Trade Assistant, you must have previous hands-on HVAC installation experience.
