About the role

Working across home visits in East Devenport and Surroundings areas in Tasmania, you'll provide hands-on personal care and practical support that helps clients maintain dignity, independence, and connection. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering personal care including showering, grooming, and mobility assistance
Supporting clients with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and light household duties




Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing to the care coordination team
Building genuine, trusting relationships with clients and their families

What you’ll bring

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who genuinely cares about people.

You’ll bring:

- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients
- Completed Certificate III in aged care or Individual support or above.
- Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate
- You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email
- A warm, respectful, and caring approach
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to work independently




- Good communication skills and a willingness to build genuine relationships with client
