About the role

As a Care Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Your day may include:

- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting residents during meal times
- Building genuine relationships with residents and their families
- Promoting residents' dignity, rights and individual choices
- Working collaboratively with nurses and care teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following care plans

A Day in the Life, with Uniting Aged Care

About you

You bring both the qualifications and the compassion needed to deliver exceptional care.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
- Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services
- Availability to work a rotating roster across a range of shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care

Location & Transport

Located in beautiful Springwood in the Blue Mountains, our home is approximately 1km from Springwood train station. Own transport is helpful but not essential.
