About You:

- Carpentry/building trade or related construction qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Solid understanding of OHS requirements and standards
- Driven, proactive, and client-focused approach
- Current driver’s licence
- QBCC Licence – Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the delivery of insurance repair projects from start to finish
- Ensure all works comply with building codes, contractual obligations, safety regulations, and HSEQ standards
- Carry out site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions while promoting a strong safety culture
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules,



and cost controls
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and subcontractors
- Track budgets, manage variations, and ensure projects are completed within financial targets

For this Site Supervisor role You will oversee construction projects from start to finish. Coordinating trades, managing stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety, and keeping projects on track across the Brisbane region. There are full time and contract roles available pending your preference.
