People2people are partnering with a well-established organisation within the government sector that is experiencing a significant increase in workload and is looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a 6-12 month assignment. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. 5 days onsite in the CBD, with 1 flexible day in Parramatta.

The Chance

This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting campaign execution, financial administration, supplier coordination, social media activity and project management across a broad portfolio of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.

- Manage project timelines, campaign schedules and workflow across multiple initiatives.

- Support procurement processes including purchase orders, supplier onboarding, contracts and invoice processing.

- Monitor campaign budgets, track expenditure and assist with reporting.

- Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers to ensure projects remain on schedule.

- Assist with social media scheduling, content publishing and community engagement activities.

- Prepare reports, presentations,



marketing documentation and campaign updates.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiencies across the marketing function.

Skills & experience

- Experienced marketing coordinator.

- Proven experience in procurement processes and financial administration.

- Strong capability in managing campaign budgets and tracking expenditures.

- Experience in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.

- Excellent written communication skills for social media and marketing content.

- Previous Monday.com experience

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
