Our work helps our clients build great brands, launch and optimise products and services, and deliver exceptional experiences. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
About the role
This is an in-office role Junior Designer role and is ideal for someone with 1+ years of professional design experience, looking to build on their foundations and grow their craft within a small, close-knit design function. This role will give you the opportunity to learn and grow as you help shape the look and feel of Nature's deliverables.
A large part of your work will involve data visualisation, presentation design and layout, bringing research to life through clear, effective, brand-aligned storytelling in PowerPoint. You'll work closely with consultants across a wide range of client projects, helping them identify what really matters in the data and visualising it in a way that creates impact.
Content creation is a growing priority, and photography and videography sit high on the wish list: event coverage, video content, and photo assets that bring Nature's brand and campaigns to life.
You'll also contribute to proposals, reports, and marketing collateral, working with the Head of Marketing on marketing-related work. You'll report into and work closely with the Senior Designer, who'll provide day-to-day guidance,
feedback and mentorship as you grow your craft.
As part of a supportive team structure, you’ll access ongoing guidance, inspiration, and opportunities to expand your skills — including templates, training and exposure to alternative visual formats like infographics, motion, video and digital-first outputs.
If you’re curious, collaborative and love solving design problems, we’d love you to read on.
