About Us
Bee Kind Wellbeing is a dedicated healthcare and wellbeing organisation committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality services to our community. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where health and wellness are prioritised, and where our team members are empowered to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Our mission is to provide accessible, person-centred care that enhances the quality of life for those we serve. We work with everyone across the age span with a high focus on pediatric and family. We work with people who present with complex issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD, eating disorders, and support people with Autism, ADHD and psychological and behavioural challenges to achieve their goals. We provide individual, family and couple therapy. We work with Private, Medicare MHTP, NDIS, Workcover and Veterans Affairs clients. We work strongly in collaboration with our client's their support systems, families, schools, GP's and other providers to ensure that we are providing the best level of care available. We are now looking for motivated, passionate people to join our team.
About the Role
We are pleased to invite expressions of interest for a contractor position with Bee Kind Wellbeing, based in Glen Innes, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing healthcare team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional wellbeing services to our rural community. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking talented individuals such as, but not limited to, Psychologists - Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists, General Psychologists etc.,
(we value your quality of work and the ongoing relationships you develop with your clients and the community, not only your title), Mental Health Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, etc, who are passionate about people and their healthcare and are committed to supporting the health and wellness needs of our community. We are looking for the "right person" with the "right fit" for our organisation, community and role and will shape the role around successful person's strengths, interests and experience.
Your work could include;
- Children, adolescents and families
- adult clients
- a broad range of presentations
- a sustainable caseload with steady referrals
- opportunities to grow and develop skills over time
- AI-assisted note taking and other tools that will allow more time to spend doing rather than reporting
Key Responsibilities
Whilst the specific responsibilities will be tailored based on the role and individual strengths, typical duties may include:
1. Supporting the delivery of healthcare and wellbeing services to clients and community members
2. Contributing to a collaborative team workplace focused on person-centred care
3. Assisting with the implementation of organisational policies, procedures and best practice standards
4. Supporting the achievement of organisational goals and service objectives
What We're Looking For
We welcome expressions of interest from motivated healthcare professionals and wellbeing specialists who demonstrate:
1. A genuine passion for healthcare and wellbeing
2. A thoughtful, curious person who enjoys working with people and has strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Value working from an evidence-based framework with a compassionate and person-centred perspective
4. Relevant experience working with clients across the age span, neurodiverse clients (Autistic AuADHDers and ADHDers), complex needs, etc
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
6. Fully qualified AHPRA registration and be responsible for participating in own professional development and training opportunities
7. Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of practice
8. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
