THE ROLE

We are seeking a Junior SAP MM Functional Analyst / Consultant to support SAP procurement and inventory management activities across internal projects and ongoing business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging SAP professional looking to develop their functional consulting expertise while gaining hands-on experience across SAP Materials Management, Procurement and Inventory Management.

This is an initial six-month contract chance, with an expectation to work from the office, in Brisbane, three days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support SAP MM functional activities across internal projects and business-as-usual operations.
- Assist with SAP configuration across Procurement, Purchasing and Inventory Management processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and help develop appropriate functional solutions.




- Participate in functional testing, including test preparation, execution and defect resolution.
- Support enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across existing SAP processes.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation and enhancement documentation.
- Assist with the analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of SAP MM-related incidents.
- Collaborate with senior functional consultants, technical teams and business users throughout project delivery.

ABOUT YOU

- Foundational experience or knowledge of SAP MM.
- An understanding of Procurement, Purchasing and Inventory Management processes.
- Exposure to SAP configuration and functional support activities.
- Experience or an understanding of SAP testing and defect management.
- The ability to document functional requirements, processes and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn and develop within an SAP functional consulting environment.

Exposure to Coupa, SAP internal projects or system enhancements would be advantageous but is not essential. SAP MM training, certification or relevant consulting experience will also be well regarded.
