Payless Flooring & More is growing its team across our modern Belrose and Castle Hill showrooms. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and helping people choose the right flooring solution for their home or project.

No flooring experience is required — full product and sales training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Flooring Sales Consultant, you’ll:

- Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver a warm, professional experience

- Understand each customer’s style, needs, budget and project requirements

- Recommend suitable flooring products and help customers make confident decisions

- Work with a broad range of flooring options, including carpet, engineered timber, hybrid and laminate flooring

- Showcase rugs and complementary products where appropriate

- Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and support customers through the sales process





- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to showroom sales targets

- Work collaboratively with the wider Payless team to help deliver a smooth customer experience from selection through to installation

About You

You’ll be positive, confident and professional, with a genuine motivation for sales and customer service. You'll ideally have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or sales — or simply bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

You’ll also bring:

- Excellent communication and listening skills

- A consultative approach and the ability to build rapport quickly

- Confidence discussing products, style and value with customers

- Full Australian working rights - we are unable to support sponsorship applications

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach

- A results-focused mindset and enthusiasm for achieving sales outcomes
