About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trust Specialist to join a market-leading skilled services organisation on an 18 month fixed term contract.
Working within a collaborative team, you'll take ownership of trust account operations, ensuring the accurate and compliant movement of client funds while supporting broader billing, collections and cashflow activities. The Role Key responsibilities include:

- Managing trust account transactions and client fund movements.
- Ensuring compliance with trust accounting regulations and internal controls.
- Processing billings, receipts and collections accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting working capital objectives and cash collection targets.
- Investigating and resolving trust account queries.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and providing exceptional service.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.





About You You will bring:

- Previous trust accounting experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of trust accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine team mindset.
