This is an exciting opportunity to join the Smoke Alarms Australia team as a Business Development Manager for our Perth region. A full time, work from home role, you will be responsible for managing both existing relationships & driving new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base across the region.
Key responsibilities
Meeting existing clients and building solid continuing relationships
Proactively identifying, prospecting and converting new business leads to drive revenue growth
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the local market
Providing expert advice and solutions to clients to address their compliance needs
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify recent business opportunities
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
About you
Proven track record in a business development or new sales role, ideally within the real estate property management, fire safety, insurance or compliance industry
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions
Highly motivated, target-driven and resilient personality with a passion for sales
Familiarity with the greater Perth market and established networks in the regions
Professional, friendly and engaging personality
