About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full time Retail Assistant to join our team at Party Time. As a Full-time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our party supplies and hire business. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. With rostered weekends on a rotational basis once fully trained.

What you'll be doing
Retail sales and customer service
Balloon decorating
Replenishing stock
Booking hires and giving out hire items
Fulltime position - 37.5 hours per week + rostered weekends on rotational basis

What you must have
A passion for excellent customer service
A happy, can-do attitude
Willingness to work in a fun, quick-paced workplace




Previous retail experience is preferred but not necessary
Current Driver's License
The ability to work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and rostered weekends
