We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team supporting a client located in Northbridge. We are offering permanent part time contracts. This role involves working with a client with complex support needs and requires confident, skilled workers who are comfortable with personal care, manual handling, and managing challenging behaviours.

What is involved:

Essential Criteria
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Support Worker or Care Worker
Proven experience supporting clients with complex needs
Robust manual handling and hoisting experience
Experience managing challenging behaviours
Excellent English communication skills




Valid driver’s licence and confidence driving vans
Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts
