Ducati Perth is a leading motorcycle dealership located in Bayswater WA.

We are looking for a bright and energetic person to join our team as Motorcycle Parts Interpreter / Accessories Salesperson.

As a growing business, this is a long-term career chance to work within a busy and high performing dealership, under the guidance of our After Sales Manager.

About the Role:
Front-of-house role assisting customers with motorcycle parts, accessories and apparel.
Identify, source and order genuine Ducati parts and accessories.
Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers in-store, over the phone and online.
Process parts and accessory sales, orders and customer enquiries.
Support the workshop with parts identification, ordering and stock availability.
Maintain stock levels, displays and a qualified showroom presentation.




Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to deliver an exceptional Ducati customer experience.

About you:
Motorcycle experience preferred
A passion for the motorcycle industry
A genuine care for the customer experience and satisfaction
Positive work attitude which displays a willingness to learn
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Drivers license required
Training provided to the right candidate
