We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join DXC's Salesforce Practice!
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, working across the full project lifecycle - from discovery through to deployment. You will act as a senior technical voice within the team, contributing to architecture, development, and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform
Lead hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
Deliver integrations using APIs, middleware, and external systems
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
Ensure quality through code reviews and best practice development standards
Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and delivery leads
About You
Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer
Solid hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture
Experience delivering projects in a consulting or client-facing setting
Solid understanding of integration patterns and APIs
Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
