About the role
We are seeking an experienced Trade Waiter to join our team at Comuna Cantina City. As a Trade Waiter, you will be responsible for providing qualified table and bar service in a busy restaurant environment. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane City location.

What you'll be doing
Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests
Take orders accurately and deliver a high standard of table service
Explain menu items, daily specials and beverage options to customers
Set up and reset dining areas and maintain presentation standards
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure effective service
Process bills and payments using the point-of-sale system
Maintain cleanliness and service readiness throughout each shift
Assist in delivering a welcoming and professional guest experience

What we're looking for
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a waiter or restaurant service role
Strong food and beverage service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Good presentation and customer service skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required




Relevant food and beverage knowledge will be regarded favourably
