We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
Experience working within a medical, healthcare, specialist or allied health environment
Strong reception, telephone and patient service skills
Experience managing appointments, patient bookings and practitioner calendars
Familiarity with medical practice management software such as Best Practice, MedicalDirector, Genie, Zedmed or similar
Knowledge of Medicare billing and claiming is highly regarded
Strong administrative and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills




A professional, friendly and patient-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
