About the role

We are a leading SEQ Construction company and are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concreter's and Laborer's to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality concrete work, from preparation through to finishing, contributing directly to the success of our project.

This role is a 5 month full time contract working Monday-Friday. This may also lead to other positions within the company pending performance targets are met.

Duties of the role:
Assist with formwork installation, stripping and structural preparation
Pouring, and finishing concrete to specified standards and designs
Maintaining and cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure ongoing productivity and safety
Following detailed instructions and working collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines
Adhering to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

The successful candidate will have the following skills/ attributes:
Proven experience as a concreter or concrete labourer,



preferably within the building trades or construction industry,
Robust understanding of concrete finishing,
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and site instructions,
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour onsite,
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to regional area,
White Card (required)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Robust communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety standards
