This is a role perfect for a chef seeking work-life balance while still delivering high-quality, vibrant food in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen.

You’ll Need To:
Have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Be reliable and consistent with excellent time management
Be available to work weekends and public holidays (essential)
Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining high standards under pressure
Take pride in presentation, preparation, and cleanliness
Show leadership qualities and a willingness to grow into a more senior position
