Has experience running a busy café kitchen
Is passionate about breakfast, brunch & lunch
Takes pride in quality, flavour & presentation
Can lead, motivate & manage a kitchen team
Can stay cool under pressure
Understands food costs, ordering, prep & wastage
Has high standards for cleanliness & food safety
Wants to create food that keeps customers coming back!
