The Neuroverse does disability support differently. We work mostly with young people, many with complex needs, and we build real relationships instead of just filling shifts. We don't come in to manage a crisis. We come in to build trust and stay. It's why our team sticks around and why families trust us.

The honest version: This isn't the easiest support work out there. Our participants are young, and some days are hard. You'll meet behaviours of concern and big emotions. It's also some of the most rewarding work there is. When you're the person a young person trusts, it matters.

What you'll need:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and a reliable car (comprehensive insurance required for some roles)
Right to work in Australia
