Role Snapshot:
The Estimating function prices every Enduro Builders project from preliminary budget through to final contract.
Estimators are responsible for producing accurate, well-scoped, and commercially sound estimates.

We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in residential construction estimation, ideally within a low to mid-size company.
Passion for costing projects that will actually be built and the ability to work with the construction team on procurement processes to enact contractual terms.




An ability to interpret engineering designs for costing and constructability purposes.
A problem-solver who brings meticulous attention to detail and initiative.
Robust communication skills with high level customer service expectations.
Technological savvy, with a quick adaptability to recent software and systems.
A genuine passion for sustainability and making a real difference through your work.
