We are seeking an experienced, fully self-reliant Independent Cleaner (Sole Trader) for an immediate start to provide fill-in, relief, and ongoing coverage for residential properties and premium holiday homes across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions.

This is a adaptable subcontractor role perfect for an established cleaner who takes pride in high-attention-to-detail work, operates with eco-friendly principles, and wants to add extra work to their schedule without the hassle of marketing or admin.

Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough, high-standard cleans for private residences and high-turnover holiday rentals.
Work independently and efficiently to meet strict check-in/check-out windows for short-term accommodations.
Maintain clear, self-directed communication and consistent reliability.
Travel independently between job sites across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas.

Requirements (Must Meet All)
Active ABN (Operating as a Sole Trader / Subcontractor).
Proven Experience: Direct experience in domestic cleaning and holiday home/short-term rental turnover cleans.
Eco-Friendly Approach: Solid commitment to using non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices.
Fully Equipped: You must own and supply your own commercial-grade equipment, eco-friendly cleaning products, vacuum,



and mop.
Public Liability Insurance: Active policy (or ready to provide proof prior to start).
Reliable Transport: Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Immediate Availability: Ready to start right away with flexibility for fill-in shifts.
