The Role:
This leading national organisation operates within the Corporate Facilities Management sector and the Facility Manager will oversee all FM services delivery for a high profile corporate institution.
Managing one direct report and multiple maintenance contractors to deliver technical and soft services to the tenancy.
Full time permanent position, based in the office Monday to Friday, 8-4pm (no WFH)
The Responsibilities:
Manage FM delivery and the overall workplace experience
Address incidents and customer requests
Conduct inspections and ensure quality service delivery
Manage contracts, vendors and consultants to deliver works
Manage work orders
Ensure compliance with governance, protocols and documentation
Report regularly to management and client
Participate in audits and inspections
The Successful Criteria:
5+ years experience managing Facilities Services and Workplace Experience, focus on a single client is advantageous
Must have experience in a corporate workplace
High level attention to detail
Strong reporting skills and process orientated
Work autonomously and be hands-on when required
Robust presentation and customer relationship management skills
Undertake a medical and police check
