Maven by Morgan is a contemporary dining room on Brunswick Street in Fitzroy, serving a shared plates menu alongside a full cocktail and wine list, with two private dining rooms running functions most weeks. We’re looking for servers to join the floor team, with spaces available across casual, part time and full time.

You’ll be running food and drinks, taking orders, guiding guests through a menu built around snacks, small and large shares, and holding the room during service. Some shifts will be a la carte in the main dining room, others will be private dining and functions, where you’ll work to a pre-order docket and manage dietaries with the kitchen. Wine and cocktail knowledge helps, but we’ll train you on the list.

We’re after people with hospitality experience in a busy venue, a genuine warmth with guests, and the ability to stay composed on a full book. RSA is essential. Evening and weekend availability is required, and there’s real scope to move into a senior or supervisor role as the venue grows.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
