About the role

You will lead a team of around 20 professionals delivering excellence across Asset Management, Engineering, Sustainability and Security for a complex national asset and property portfolio.

Key responsibilities
Leadership of staff and outsourced contracts
Drive Governance, Compliance, procedural improvements and operational efficiency
Provide expert advice to manage Risk for secure and mission Critical assets
Develop Strategic Asset Management

About you
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience at a senior level
Genuine strategic capacity,



comfortable operating across the full breadth of a technical property leadership function
A sound understanding of, and sensitivity to; governance and compliance requirements
Solid technical capability across mechanical and electrical (M&E;) building services
Likely background in corporate real estate (CRE), with a solid understanding of facilities management and strategy for physical assets and building infrastructure
