I am currently working with a highly regarded construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects on behalf of a range of clients, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully across scope, programme, quality and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing projects from inception through to completion
Acting as the key point of contact between clients, consultants and contractors
Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and delivery
Coordinating design teams and external consultants
Reviewing documentation, progress and project risks
Managing contractor performance and project reporting
Providing clients with explicit and commercially focused project advice
Supporting the delivery of remedial and residential projects
Ensuring projects comply with relevant legislation, approvals and requirements





I am particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who have experience across:
Class 2 residential projects
Remedial construction
DCP Act / development compliance
Client-side project management or consultancy settings
Managing consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
Taking projects from early planning/design stages through to completion
