Role Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell gym memberships and services to current and existing members.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with membership inquiries, tours, and general club information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Conduct follow-up calls and manage new lead generation.
Support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the gym.
Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members.
About You:
A passion for fitness and helping others live healthier lives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience or customer service background preferred .
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
Positive, approachable, and energetic personality.
