SMAART Recruitment has partnered with a growing roofing and home-improvement company seeking a confident Sales Consultant to join its Sydney team.

In this newly created position, you’ll manage fully qualified residential and commercial enquiries, follow up proposals, and convert opportunities over the phone and via email.

What you’ll be doing:
Following up fully qualified residential and commercial enquiries
Closing quoted roofing work over the phone and via email
Managing prospects ranging from approximately $5,000 to $100,000
Maintaining consistent contact with customers throughout the decision process
Overcoming objections and confidently asking for the sale
Building relationships with homeowners, property managers and commercial clients
Keeping your pipeline organised and achieving agreed sales KPIs

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a sales or closing-focused position
A consistent record of achieving KPIs and sales targets
Strong telephone-based closing and objection-handling skills
Experience in home improvements such as roofing, solar,



kitchens, windows, pools or renovations
Confidence managing both residential and commercial customers
A disciplined and organised approach to follow-up
A driver’s licence and flexibility to attend occasional site visits
