The Role:

As a valued team member, you will provide a variety of essential services including:

· Pruning and hedging

· Mowing and edging

· Pest and disease treatment

· Weed control

· Planting and mulching

In addition, you will identify opportunities for additional work and report them back to your supervisor.

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek a diligent employee with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. You should be both a team player and capable of working independently when needed.

Skills and Experience:
Qualifications in horticulture, gardening, or landscaping




Minimum of 3 years experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture
Proficiency in operating various mowers and small plant equipment
Strong commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment systems
Excellent communication skills with clients of all ages and backgrounds
Physically fit and capable of manual tasks for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Valid Manual Driver Licence
