We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, delivery, and completion of property-related projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, renovations, and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and deliver property projects from commencement through to completion and handover.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, town planners, building surveyors, contractors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
Manage project costs, track expenditure, and implement cost-control measures.
Obtain and manage all required permits, approvals, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, costs, milestones, risks, and issues.
Identify, assess, and manage risks that may affect project timeframes, budget, quality, or delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress and ensure works are completed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant legislation, building regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry standards.
Conduct safety audits and ensure project teams follow appropriate safety protocols.
Oversee project completion and handover, ensuring all documentation, inspections, certifications, and approvals are finalised.
Prepare and maintain progress reports, cost reports, project documentation, and close-out reports.
Maintain current knowledge of property legislation, regulations, construction requirements, and industry best practices.
About You
Previous experience in property or construction project management
Robust organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Knowledge of building regulations, permits, and compliance requirements
Robust problem-solving and leadership abilities
Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
