We’re a small, friendly family-run garden supplies business based in Ravenhall, Melbourne, and we’re looking for someone to join our team!
This role is a mix of shop work, warehouse support, and helping with deliveries – no two days are the same. You’ll be working in a relaxed environment where we value teamwork, initiative, and a positive attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping out in the shop and online store
Sorting out orders and giving customers a hand with pick-ups (heavy lifting involved)
Loading/unloading deliveries and jumping in on delivery runs when needed
Chatting with customers and making sure they have a outstanding experience
Keeping an eye on orders and liaising with the warehouse
Occasionally container unloading
What we’re looking for:
Some sales or customer service experience (bonus points if you know garden/building products!)
Confident using computers and online platforms
Clear communication skills – written and spoken
Reliable, motivated, and easy to get along with
Physically fit and okay with heavy lifting
Perks of the job:
Hourly wage + commission for current clients + team bonus when we hit targets
Friendly, low-stress work setting
Flexible casual role: 2–3 days a week, depending on your schedule. Saturday availability is preferred.
Fixed hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm or 8:30am – 4:00pm (occasionally when required)
Long-term, stable position with immediate start
