Shifts Available
Wed to Friday Evenings – 3 - 5 hours
Saturdays Morning/Evening - 3 - 5 hours
Additional hours may be available with other clients once staff settles in

Responsibilities
Provide supervision and support in a protected, caring setting
Engage in play and fun activities to encourage social skills and confidence
Support with communication and learning (delayed speech)
Build a trusting, supportive relationship with the child and family
Follow NDIS goals and family routines

About You
Fun, supportive, caring,



and gentle approach
Experience with children, Autism, or developmental delays (preferred but not essential)
Ability to build rapport and adapt to the child’s needs
Reliable, trustworthy, and patient
Mandatory checks: Working With Children Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
