AI/ML Engineer (2–5 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team in Queensland. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that drive business innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference.
Develop predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision applications.
Fine-tune and optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed AI/ML systems.
Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
Document technical solutions and best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.




2–5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science roles.
Solid programming skills in Python.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Experience working with SQL and data processing tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning techniques.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks.
