The position.
The position will require a versatile availability and willingness to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends to support our guest obsessed culture.
As the Assistant Manager,
Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for.
Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Secure strategy
Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture within your restaurant
Leading a high performing team, supporting Crew training and development
Leading your designated shifts in accordance with Hungry Jack’s guidelines and standards
Building the brand via effective business planning execution
Managing the business to ensure each shift achieves profit goals
Championing change, ensuring your people are engaged and change is sustainable
Continuing your own self-development as you grow in the role
