This is a pivotal position within our business, providing essential administrative and customer service support to our field operations team. You will be at the heart of ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Responding to phone and email enquiries from clients, field technicians and suppliers
Assisting with daily scheduling, job allocation and workflow coordination
Following up with clients and subcontractors to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
Processing invoices and accurate data entry into internal systems
Supporting the smooth and productive day-to-day running of the office
