We are looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Restaurant Team Manager to join our team.
About the role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Lead, train and manage staff
Create staff rosters and manage shift coverage
Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming workplace
Monitor stock levels, ordering and deliveries
Maintain food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Manage cash handling and daily operations
Support the team during busy periods
Help maintain consistent quality across all food products
Pay: $27.08 – $33.85 per hour
