We are currently seeking a Part time Cook /Kitchen hand to join our small but growing team.

Only experienced, hardworking applicants please

explicit communication skills are a must, as is valuable knife skills.

Motivated, good attitude and a team player.

Must be able to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster day and night shifts

punctual, reliable, a team player and able to take instruction as well as work autonomously.

We are seeking someone who has previous experience in a similar work environment

We need someone who can work well alone and with a team being able to prioritise, have attention to detail and work quickly with a friendly and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Food preparation / Cooking

· Operate kitchen equipment

· Foods Preparation (cutting, etc.)





· General Cleaning and dishwashing

· General Kitchen Operation (Opening and Closing)

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and behaviour.

· Assist in improving upon documentation and structure for kitchen operations, including recipe and recipe cost management, inventory tracking, scheduling, ordering, prep and planning.

· Assist in fulfilling orders.

· Ensure health and safety standards are exceeded each day.
