STE have an outstanding prospect for a focused and energetic Hydraulic Fitter.

About the role:
n
To installpumps and test hydraulic and pneumatic systems on trucks
n
Use attention to detail to meet high quality standards
n
Communicate effectively with management and the team.
n
Pick and interpret relevant hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
n
Job Requirements:
n
Knowledge in Transport Hydraulics, including tipper controls, cab controls PTO's and pumps is an advantage
n
Experience within the hydraulic and fitting industry
n
The ability to read and understand basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams are an advantage
n
Solid diagnostic and problem solving skills are an advantage
n
Accessory installation experience
n
Robust work ethic, attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Safety conscious in all aspects, competent application of WHS practices
n
You must have:
n
Driver's License + own transport
n
Steel capped boots
n
Hi-vis shirt
n
Own tools
n
Monday-Friday 6am-2.30pm + Overtime as required
n
After the initial probationary perioda full time position will be offered to the right candidate.
