We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for:
Genuine understanding of disability and mental health
Compassion, patience, and solid communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships and empower participants
Reliability and commitment to providing quality care

What you’ll do:
Support participants with daily living activities
Encourage independence and skill development
Provide social and community participation support
Respect and uphold participant choice and control
Work alongside families, therapists, and support coordinators





What you will need:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Driver License and Car with Comprehensive Insurance
Relevant Disability/Aged Care Qualifications or Lived Experience
